BiJa is a Sanskrit/Hindi word for Seed.

BiJa USA is an association formed by professionals in the USA from the northeastern Indian states of Bihar (Bi) and Jharkhand (Ja). However, BiJa USA is open to everyone of any nationality and station in life.

The mission of BiJa USA is to plant the seed of compassion and service amongst all peoples to benefit those in need in India and anywhere else.

Like a bija or seed, the association is fostered by those from Bihar and Jharkhand, India, and welcomes anyone of any nationality or creed to participate in the mission of service to those in need.
